Intermediary service
We provide the option to hand in items or documents to be retrieved by someone else upon proof of identity. This is a convenient service for customers traveling through Stockholm Arlanda airport at different times.
Intermediary service for companies
Our service is used by several companies to convey travel documents to their customers in an easy, reliable and accessible way (such as passports, visas and tickets). We offer companies to contract for billing with us. Service fees will be invoiced and no customer have to pay the fee at the service counter.
Car seats
Bagport gladly take care of your child’s car seat while you are traveling.

** Firearms may be left for storage. The vital part of the gun must be removed and stored separately or taken by the owner. The person dropping off must show both proof of identity and their firearms license. A form must also be filled in and signed by the customer and the bagport left luggage desk assistant. Firearms are stored in a locked cabinet. On collection, proof of identity must be shown. Only persons holding a valid firearms licence may drop off or collect firearms.
